Kallaway

The brief

Kallaway is a culture-led communications agency that has spent five decades shaping how some of London’s most remarkable destinations are seen, visited and remembered. From Tower Bridge to the Natural History Museum. From Paddington Square to Chelsea Waterfront. Their campaigns connect ambitious brands and places to the audiences that matter, building community and promoting culture across the capital.

Founded in 1976, Kallaway recently repositioned around a culture-led proposition. Their website needed to catch up. The brief was a refresh. A new site that would feel as polished and considered as the destinations and brands it showcases.

The challenge

A refresh is a deceptive brief. When a brand already has heritage, equity and a clearly defined position, the task isn’t reinvention. It’s elevation.

The site needed to:

  • Match the standard set by Kallaway’s roster of clients
  • Carry the existing logo and brand spirit into a contemporary expression
  • Make a broad sector range (arts, luxury, property, destinations) feel cohesive rather than scattered
  • Turn case studies into the centrepiece, allowing each project to speak for itself

The approach

A WordPress site that translates the new look into a polished, well-organised digital home.

Key moves on the build side:

  • Custom case study templates that present Kallaway’s work to the standard their clients expect
  • Streamlined navigation putting the work and the agency’s approach front and centre
  • A news and insights section that supports Kallaway’s ongoing content programme
  • Newsletter signup integration for Kaffine, their monthly publication
  • Performance and SEO foundations to support future growth

The outcome

The new Kallaway.com launched in June 2026. It’s a more polished, easier-to-navigate home for an agency that has spent nearly fifty years building cultural relevance for some of London’s most beloved places.

Visitors can now:

  • Browse Kallaway’s work across arts, luxury, property and destinations
  • Read in-depth case studies on Tower Bridge, the Natural History Museum, Chelsea Waterfront, Paddington Square and more
  • Subscribe to Kaffine, the agency’s monthly newsletter
  • Get in touch directly, or book a call with the Director

It’s a site that lets the work do the talking. Fitting, for an agency whose job is to do exactly that for everyone else.
